Đầu tiên cho trứng vào nồi nước, đổ nước ngập trứng khoảng 3cm. Nước sôi, điều chỉnh ngọn lửa mức vừa. Nước sôi lăn lăn khoản 10-12 phút. Vớt trứng ra thả vào nước lạnh, sau đó bóc vỏ trứng. Tán nhuyễn lòng đỏ trứng. Trộn đều lòng đỏ trứng với sốt kem chua, mù tạt vàng, muối, tiêu. Trộn cho đến khi chúng hòa quyện hoàn toàn. Cho hỗn hợp vào 1 cái túi nilon, cắt bỏ 1 góc.
Nặn hỗn hợp trở lại phần lòng trắng trứng. Rắc lá oregano xay lên. Sau đó rắc chút ớt bột paprika lên tiếp. Nếu bạn cho bé dùng thì bỏ qua nguyên liệu này nhé!
