Chuẩn bị một túi nylon dày, sạch, cho vào trong túi, hành tím băm, tỏi, 1 muỗng cà phê sa tế, 2 muỗng cà phê đường, 2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 4 muỗng canh nước tương rồi trộn đều.
Thịt heo dùng dao sắc, lưỡi mỏng lạng lát thật mỏng chừng 6mm.
Cho thịt heo đã cắt lát vào túi nylon có sẵn gia vị để tẩm ướp hoặc cho vào tô trộn đều lên. Thời gian ướp thịt chừng 1 giờ.
Sau khi thịt đã ngấm, đặt một chiếc chảo lên bếp, đổ 2 muỗng cà phê dầu đậu phộng vào, áp chảo từng miếng thịt. Khoảng 3 phút là thịt có thể chín rồi.
Cắt bánh mì thành từng phần, bổ dọc bánh mì. Xếp thịt, dưa chua lên trên và thưởng thức thôi nào!
